These providers may process information on our behalf or, in some circumstances, as independent businesses under their own privacy terms.
C. Payment Providers and Financial Institutions
Information necessary to process transactions, prevent fraud, administer chargebacks, verify payments, or conduct wire transfers may be provided to payment processors, card networks, acquiring banks, issuing banks, financial institutions, and fraud-prevention providers.

G. With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information where you request, direct, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
4. SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Curated Experiences does not sell personal information in exchange for money as part of its ordinary business model.
Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly than an exchange of information for money. Certain website advertising, analytics, or cookie technologies, if used, may constitute a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar activity under applicable law.
Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of such processing, we will provide a method of exercising that right as required by law.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The Site and providers supporting the Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, analytics tools, or similar technologies.
These technologies may be used to:
operate the Site;
remember settings;
maintain security;
understand Site traffic;
measure Site performance;
diagnose technical problems;
understand how visitors interact with the Site; and
support marketing or advertising where applicable.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking certain cookies may cause portions of the Site to function improperly.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional cookie choices or consent mechanisms.
6. DO NOT TRACK AND PRIVACY SIGNALS
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting.
Because there is not a universally accepted technical standard governing traditional Do Not Track signals, the Site may not respond to every traditional Do Not Track signal.
Where applicable law requires recognition of legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process qualifying signals as required by law.
Third parties providing content, analytics, or other functionality on the Site may collect information regarding your activities over time and across websites, subject to their own technologies and privacy practices.
7. EMAIL AND TEXT COMMUNICATIONS
We may send transactional or relationship communications concerning:

Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing communications concerning experiences, events, travel opportunities, memberships, or related services.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in the communication.
Where we offer recurring marketing text messages, consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services unless otherwise expressly permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing text messages by following the instructions contained in the message, including replying STOP where applicable.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-marketing messages reasonably necessary to administer transactions or an existing business relationship.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, contractual, and recordkeeping requirements.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and transaction.
When determining retention periods, we may consider:
the duration of our relationship with you;
the nature and sensitivity of the information;
the duration of a transaction or membership;
supplier requirements;
tax and accounting requirements;
payment and chargeback periods;
applicable statutes of limitation;
actual or anticipated disputes;
security and fraud-prevention needs; and
applicable legal obligations.
We may retain records for longer periods where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, respond to governmental or legal process, investigate suspected wrongdoing, or comply with law.
9. INFORMATION SECURITY
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that we consider appropriate to the nature of the information we process and our business operations.
However, no website, database, network, transmission method, payment system, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee that personal information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, misused, or destroyed by an unauthorized person.
You are responsible for using reasonable precautions when communicating sensitive information electronically and for protecting passwords, email accounts, devices, and other credentials used to receive tickets, reservations, or account information.
If you believe information associated with your interactions with Curated Experiences has been compromised, please contact us promptly at contact@curatedexp.com.
10. CHILDREN
The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site without authorization as required by applicable law.
Children may attend events, participate in family travel, or be included in reservations arranged by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. In those circumstances, limited information about a minor may be processed as reasonably necessary to arrange or fulfill the requested service.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us at contact@curatedexp.com.

We use sensitive personal information for purposes reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and perform other purposes permitted by applicable law.
We encourage clients not to send Social Security numbers, complete payment-card credentials, passport images, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless specifically requested and reasonably necessary.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify your relationship with Curated Experiences and understand your request.
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may make a request on your behalf. We may require documentation confirming the agent's authority and may independently verify your identity where permitted.
